Model Release and Client Image Usage
We take client privacy seriously. Any images used on our website, social media, or marketing materials are shared only after receiving signed consent through a model release agreement. You will be given the option of a:

• Partial Release

• No Release

At any time, clients can revoke their release by emailing lillian@lilliankastboudoir.com with their full name (including any name used at the time of booking), phone number, and request. The studio will confirm receipt within 72 hours, and images will be removed within 21 business days from all marketing materials, social media platforms, websites, and drip emails.

If clients received a discount based on the model release, they will be required to reimburse the studio the value of the discount due to the loss of those images for promotional purposes. Additionally, if a client’s images are used in a sample album, they must reimburse the studio for the cost of reprinting if the album includes only their images.

Service Providers
We employ third-party service providers to help us manage certain aspects of our services, such as hairstylists, makeup artists, or shibari riggers. These service providers may have access to limited client information (such as first name, hair length, or special requests) to ensure they can prepare adequately for your session.

Additionally, we may share your dietary or makeup allergy information with vendors providing food and makeup services to ensure your safety during your session. Your data will not be used for any purposes other than those necessary for your session.
